Leadership Team
Founder: Kholwani Joseph Dube,
He is a professional civil engineer with over 10 years of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master’s degree from Stellenbosch University, and an Honours degree in Transportation Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
Kholwani has comprehensive project cycle experience, having worked as a Contractor, Design Engineer, and Client. His hands-on approach and effective management of has been key in successfully completing various projects. A passionate advocate for continuous learning, Kholwani actively participates in seminars and conferences, staying current with industry advancements. His dedication has earned him recognition as an Accenture Rising Star and finalist honours for the SAICE Young Engineer and CESA Young Engineer awards in 2020.
His vision for KD Solutions involves continuous growth and improvement, aiming to expand service offerings, enter new markets, and enhance technological capabilities to better serve clients.
